One existing home, a shared driveway already serving three neighbours, and limited space to expand.

Where most saw red tape, Hpms saw potential.

While other consultants refused to engage without neighbour approvals in hand, we stepped in and managed it ourselves. We coordinated directly with neighbouring owners, secured the necessary sign-offs, and kept the project moving when others stopped.

From concept and design through to consents, coordination, and delivery, Hpms managed every consultant and authority under one plan.

The result: three new standalone homes on a site most thought couldn’t be subdivided.
