Hpms managed this 9 lot development from planning through full design management, securing every consent and approval before sale. By resolving complex site constraints including rear access, fire compliance, and overhead lines, we turned a challenging site into a fully consented, ready to build development.
Many first time developers think they need to see a project through to the end. They don’t. A well structured subdivision creates multiple exit points. In this case, the client chose to sell immediately after approval and reinvest the profit into their next site.
Our role was to make sure they had that choice.
