A steep rear lot, a stream at the boundary, and access barely wide enough for a car.
Where most saw problems, we saw potential. Hpms took full control from concept to titles, managing every consultant, approval, and contractor under one plan.
We redesigned the site, tiered the contours, and turned unusable ground into functional, high-value sections. Every decision, approval, and delivery ran through Hpms.
The result was a complete 10-lot development built from a site others walked away from.
