ROHIT CHAND

Rohit brings more than forty years of construction experience to Hpms. He is a certifying drainlayer, an ex Licensed Building Practitioner, and the person clients want on the ground when things get serious. Before joining Hpms, Rohit ran his own Civil and Earthworks company for almost thirty years, delivering over $150 million in projects for clients that included Kainga Ora, Auckland Transport, Watercare, Auckland Council, and major private developers.

He is licensed to operate every machine on site. If it has tracks, wheels, or hydraulic arms, he has driven it, can drive it, and will drive it. His practical knowledge is unmatched, and throughout his career he has saved local authorities hundreds of thousands of dollars on public works through smarter sequencing, better detailing, and eliminating waste others miss.

Rohit joined Hpms to help his son build a business that does things the right way. He now leads delivery across every project. He checks the risks others overlook, designs solutions that actually work in the soil, and ensures every job runs smoothly from excavation to completion. If Rahul sets the strategy, Rohit makes sure the strategy survives contact with the real world.
