KELLY CHAND
Head of Operations
Kelly grew up in West Auckland in a family that understands construction. Her father is a certifying plumber turned project manager, and her grandfather was a boat builder. Operations is in her DNA. Over her career she has managed the day to day backbone of businesses: paperwork, compliance, bookings, inspections, sequencing, and documentation. The work that looks simple but breaks companies when it’s done badly.
At Hpms, she is the engine room. Kelly handles everything that is not project specific but is absolutely essential. She prepares and lodges documentation, maintains compliance across every stage, manages accounts and billing, keeps communication flowing, and ensures the whole machine moves without friction.
Internally, everyone knows the truth: Kelly keeps Hpms running. She is the reason things stay organised, clients stay supported, and projects stay aligned behind the scenes. She is also a mother to two girls, Eva and April, and brings the same balance, strength, and attention to detail to the business as she does to her family.
Kelly is the backbone of Hpms operations. She makes sure nothing is missed, and nothing slips.
